Prepayment for Services:
All design services provided by Ana's Design LLC are to be prepaid unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

Uncontrollable Circumstances: If, for any reason, Ana's Design LLC is unable to complete the agreed-upon services due to circumstances beyond our control, a refund will be issued.

Failure to Complete Work: In the event that Ana's Design LLC is unable to fulfill the contracted services as outlined in the agreement, a refund will be provided.
